Chelsea Madsen, RN BSN
With a unique blend of medical expertise, human movement science, and aesthetic artistry, I bring a full-spectrum approach to facial rejuvenation.
My career began long before I ever picked up a syringe—rooted in a lifelong passion for anatomy, biomechanics, and helping people feel their best. I studied biomechanical engineering and kinesiology in college, exploring the art and science of human movement. Along the way, I worked as a personal trainer, chiropractic assistant, physical therapy assistant, and massage therapist—gaining an intimate understanding of the body’s structure, function, and healing potential.
In 2017, I transitioned to nursing, serving at a Level 1 trauma center in acute care. My tenure included cardiology, CVICU, telemetry, emergency medicine, oncology, and end-of-life care—developing a deep respect for precision, safety, and patient trust.
Today, as a medical aesthetic injector in Flagstaff, AZ, I merge that clinical foundation with advanced training in dermal fillers, regenerative treatments like PDRN microneedling, and full facial analysis. Every treatment is a tailored experience—rooted in safety, guided by science, and designed to enhance your natural features with subtle, stunning results.
